Gareth Thomas, With over 20 years expirence in the building industry covering a diverse number of trades, specialising in Kitchen and bathroom installation. Floor and wall finishes. 

Jones Installations ltd works have ranged from simple decoration <£500.00 to large extensions and re furbishments >£450,000.

"Nowadays there is a wealth of  trades-men, and an ever increasing number of trades women out there, But,  finding the competent reliable ones, and keeping them, can be a real struggle for the general public. I set out in the building industry  after a successful sales career at 20years of age as a laborer, working for my father, who was a master builder and craftsman. I learnt very early on that only the highest of standards were good enough and that, that could only be achieved by truely looking after your clients, staying longer and working harder than anyone else.

I founded Jones installations ltd ultimately because from experience I know that renovations in your home,  investment or busniess, can become a nightmare if you don't have the right people around you. People you can rely on, trust, and get on with. This may seem like a simple concept, but I realized that there was a huge lack of contactors who shared the same vision and passion. I  have for over 15 years worked with the same team, covering a diverse spectrum of trades, who are accustomed to the level of finish we work to, that I expect, and the timescale in which I expect works to be completed. Communication, organization, knowledge, experience and effective management are key factors on any project.  

You don't have to worry about your project, your finish, your budget or your timescale, because quite simply...... I will. 

Ultimately I know my clients expect quality, timeliness reliability, honesty, and respect of their property. Just as I would and have as an individual. I am very proud to say that the vast majority of our work comes from repeat business and recommendation.

Whatever the project, the finish has to be good enough for me to have in my own home before I would leave it in anyone else's and my clients have to be happy.

I feel this is the essence of good business.
